Build your Confidence Course
60 minutes x once a week for 5 weeks
We’ll meet as a group online, so places are limited
My expectations:
You’ll show up on time, with video on
You’re open to experimenting with your thinking
You’ll eagerly participate in all the exercises
You’ll complete any homework assignments
