Build your Confidence Course

  • 60 minutes x once a week for 5 weeks

  • We’ll meet as a group online, so places are limited

My expectations:

  • You’ll show up on time, with video on

  • You’re open to experimenting with your thinking

  • You’ll eagerly participate in all the exercises

  • You’ll complete any homework assignments

  • If you are not willing to agree to the above, then this course is not for you. Perhaps 1:1 Coaching would suit you better.
