We agree on a date and time to meet over Zoom. Then I send you the link to put into your calendar.
After that, I send you my Welcome Pack which comprises information on coaching. How to achieve the greatest value from our work together. Our coaching agreement. And finally, how to pay.

We will meet online using Zoom. It is both efficient and effective.

On average, we meet twice a month. How many months depends on what you want to achieve. Sometimes, just one meeting is all it takes. In other situations, we meet less frequently over a year or more. It’s down to what works for you.
