What People Are Saying:

“If you are in the market for a coach (and we all are), then go and meet Julie. If you want to learn how to be an outstanding communicator, Julie is the only person to go to. She is extremely professional and one of the most highly skilled and dedicated people that I ever had the absolute pleasure of training and working with.”

— David Kelleher

“I had only one meeting with Julie, and even with that one hour, she managed to change my perspective to life completely. Julie is very easy to talk to, and she makes you feel like she knows exactly how you feel, no matter what the situation. She helps you change the bad habits into good habits, simply by bringing awareness into your way of thinking. I recommend Julie to my friends, family, and to anyone!”

FAQs

1. Where will we meet?

We will meet online using Zoom. It is efficient and effective.

“It’s even better than in-person, no time wasted, I was in my own environment, I felt so comfortable, and achieved so much.” - Jamie

2. How often do we meet?

That depends. On average, we meet twice a month. How many months depends on what you want to achieve. Sometimes just one meeting is all it takes. In other situations, we meet less frequently over a year or more. It’s down to what works for you.

3. How long will coaching take?

In my experience, people like to change at their own pace. There is no right or wrong, good or bad; it’s what is right for you.

  • Some people like to evolve at a steady pace

  • Others like to take time to reflect before committing to making the shifts they want

  • Yet others can’t wait to change and just need to find a tiny bit of direction, and off they go

4. What if none of the programs suits me, but I still want to work with you?

Flexibility is a key value of mine if you don’t see something that works for you let’s talk about it on a Free Discovery Call and I’m confident we will find a solution.
